📅 Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and initiate a return or refund request — for any reason (e.g., item doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, received the wrong item, etc.).

1. Contact our customer service at info@bprunning.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the product received.
3. Wait for return instructions — please do not send the item to the address on the package or website, as that is not our return location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
🎯Return Requirements:
• We only accept returns with a tracking number; any lost return package is not under our responsibility, so we insist on the tracking number. • For items eligible for personal reasons return, please ensure they are in their original packaging with tags and in brand-new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, and without perfume. • We take charge of returns for defective, damaged, or deteriorated parts. For any other reason for return, the return is at your charge. • For items without quality issues, we refund the item price. Please understand that you need to cover the return shipping fees under the condition that there are no quality issues. • Items outside the return window cannot be returned unless they do not conform to your mandatory rules and regulations. • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
