Our policy lasts 15 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How do I make a return?
Important Notice: Please note that we do not provide return labels. Contact customer service for authorization to return it to our address of return, which will be communicated to you, for a refund or an exchange. Please send us an email to info@bprunning.com. Do not use the address on the shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns with a tracking number; any lost return package is not under our responsibility, so we insist on the tracking number.
Return Requirements:
● For items eligible for personal reasons return, please ensure they are in their original packaging with tags and in brand-new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, and without perfume. ● We take charge of returns for defective, damaged, or deteriorated parts. For any other reason for return, the return is at your charge. ● For items without quality issues, we refund the item price. Please understand that you need to cover the return shipping fees under the condition that there are no quality issues. ● Items outside the return window cannot be returned unless they do not conform to your mandatory rules and regulations. ● Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items for personal reasons (bought by mistake, no longer needed, not liked, etc.): 1. Injury Prevention items 2. Socks 3. Water bottles 4. Some health and personal care items 5. Clearance items 6. Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) ●Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error ●Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
